PRESIDENT HALLBERG ON THE RULE OF LAW
The book "Yifazhiguo ji qi jianshe", written by Mr. Pekka Halberg,
The President of the Highest Administrative Court of Finland, was published in
May at the China World Hotel, Beijing. The press conference and the expert
seminar held after it, was the last part of President Hallberg's visit to China
